1. What career changes have you made? Why did you become a coach?

I co-founded and co-owned a therapeutic day school for behavior problem and learning disabled adolescents. I co-founded and co-owned a small company that manufactured and sold personalized accessories to Neiman-Marcus, Williams-Sonoma, and other national accounts.

I love being around and supporting people on their self-discovery journey. Helping them to believe in themselves and all the possibilities that await them. I think it's imperative to understand how we "tick", so we can be in healthy relationship with others and ourselves.

2. What excites or ignites your soul?

Authentic people. People who believe in human kindness. People willing to remove their masks, show their vulnerability and speak their truth.

3. What's your favorite element of the Career Clarity Program and Purpose Clarity Program?

Helping clients connect the threads that they discover and weaving them into a tapestry and design for their life. Witnessing the excitement of the client owning their unique self! The simple steps that Carol has created, makes the journey fun and exciting.

4. What results have other clients achieved while working with you?

One 29 year old young woman is considering opening a giftware business -- an idea she hadn't considered before exploring the Career Clarity Program. It opened up the possibility that her dreams could become a reality -- that they didn't need to be squashed! AND, she was ENTITLED to her dreams becoming a reality!

A left brained man, trusted me and felt safe enough to let me take him on a right brained imagery journey, and found himself connected to a very old memory that was holding him back in his present life. He was able to be in the discomfort, stay there, and work through the feelings, freeing himself to get to the other side!
